The fact that you are here tells us that we may be lucky enough to have you present for our wedding celebration. Because so many of you live all over the world, we thought it would be easiest if we directed you to this site for help, rather than trying to exchange emails or phone calls with each of you separately.
The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the Chateau de Saint-Loup in Montagnac-sur-Auvignon, Aquitaine, France. We have reserved the rooms at the chateau and the rooms at a nearby bed and breakfast. If you do plan to attend, please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to stay at the chateau or at the nearby bed and breakfast. We hope we have enough room for everyone, but we would like to know in the next couple of months whether we will have to book additional accommodations.
If you would like to stay at the chateau, please contact either one of us directly – since the rooms are already reserved for Friday and Saturday night, there is no need to contact the chateau. If you would like to come a few days early or stay a few days later, please also let us know that. We can help you make those arrangements with Madame de Mentque at the chateau. You are of course welcome to make your own reservations elsewhere, and we would be happy to help you find more information about the accommodations in the surrounding area.
